Bluecourt Private Equity Ltd. requires that all property introductions are submitted to a member of the Transactions or Management teams at Bluecourt Private Equity.

No verbal or written communication received or sent is capable of creating a binding agreement unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by Bluecourt Private Equity. Bluecourt Private Equity reserves the right in its absolute discretion whether to accept an introduction. Your submission of an introduction of a property or opportunity to Bluecourt Private Equity will constitute your agreement to and acceptance of this. Where an opportunity has been introduced by more than one person or Company, Bluecourt Private Equity reserves the right in its absolute discretion to select the most appropriate person.

Acceptance of an introduction is expressly on the understanding that:

The introducer (the firm) has no conflict of interest and will only be representing the Seller or Bluecourt Private Equity in the sale or acquisition of the property and the introducer specifically confirms that it will not be representing any other person in a competing bid for the relevant property; and

The introducer's fee is to be agreed by negotiation; and

Bluecourt Private Equity reserves the right to appoint joint advisors, for example but not limited to instances where specialist occupational advice is required.

If a property has been introduced and rejected, a re-submission will be treated as a new introduction. In instances where Bluecourt Private Equity has rejected an introduction, we reserve the right to recognise a subsequent introduction of a property by another party without being liable to the initial introducing party, where for example there are changes in offer terms, a revised business plan is suggested or a reasonable period of time has expired (without limitation).

BLUECOURT PRIVATE EQUITY IS AN ENHANCED REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND TRADING FIRM WHICH OPERATES WITH A REGIONAL AND SECTOR FOCUS.

Investment Platforms

Bluecourt pursues tailored platform investments in circumstances where such an approach leads to greater market penetration, presence and provided greater investment synergies can be achieved in pursuit of specifically designated investment goals. As such, this has been a primary tenet of Bluecourt’s multi-platform build out strategy.

In approaching potential investments we rely on a robust and cycle tested deal selection and approval process that enables us to apply a consistent and detailed risk management model to investing.

We focus on a range of (straightforward) opportunities from asset to corporate transactions, and look to invest opportunistically in selective special and/or distressed situations, restructuring transactions and dependent on portfolio strategy, stabilised income producing assets and/or portfolios.

Residential Development

Bluecourt owns and manages a residential development platform that is built on a professional, longstanding and sustainable approach to investment.

Bluecourt has deep experience and knowledge of the entire development cycle, from identifying potential, obtaining planning consent, repositioning, design, construction and disposal - allowing us to successfully assess an opportunity and process transactions swiftly.

We are dedicated to making investments into scalable residential development opportunities.

New Build

Bluecourt has established a build to sell platform to cater to the UK’s severely undersupplied residential market. We invest in new build development opportunities which are compelling to our investment criteria.

Bluecourt has established an active pipeline through efficient proprietary sourcing of land by way of entering into targeted option agreements, acquisitions of corporate structures and “Ready–to-Build” land Titles.

We benefit from experienced management professionals to manage the process from origination through to disposition.

Private Rented Sector

Bluecourt owns and manages a Private Rented Sector (‘PRS’) platform aimed at long-term cash returns. We are focused on expanding our PRS portfolio by sourcing build-to-rent opportunities where we can develop residential blocks of a mixed asset make-up to pursue our portfolio strategy.
